What if rest wasn't something you earned, but something you returned to?
Return to Rest is a one-hour Rest Practices (sleep meditation) experience woven with storytelling, sound, and silence. You will lie down, or sit in whatever way your body understands as rest, and be guided home. Each gathering is held on a Monday evening, beginning May 11th, Bernadette's birthday, and what feels like a birthing.
What to expect:
One hour of guided Rest Practices (sleep meditation)
Storytelling, sound, and intentional silence
A space to stop holding it all alone
Join the three-part return and also receive:
Recordings of all three sessions
A gentle Arrival practice to help you settle in, again and again
A three-part return for coming back to yourself
There is a kind of tired that sleep does not touch.
The kind that settles into your body…
in how long you’ve been holding, carrying, staying ready.
This is a space to put some of that down.
Not all at once.
Not perfectly.
Just honestly.
Over three sessions, you’ll be guided to:
arrive in your body
soften what’s been held
remember rest as something you can return to
This is not something to get right.
This is practice. This is ritual.
